As a teenager I was out of shape and self conscious. Not long after I discovered exercise and healthy eating, my body and confidence completely changed. Now I make a living helping other people transform themselves, inside and out.


I recently helped a client lose 16kg in 18 weeks with exercise and nutrition. After his transformation we went clothes shopping and I showed him how to dress for his new body type. He now looks like a new man and his confidence is through the roof.
