Garlic and Chilli Prawns

The perfect quick and easy summer meal. Very simple but strong flavours compliment the KetoPasta™ and bring out the flavour of the star of the dish - prawns! This recipe is for 2 servings, recommended for 1 - 2 people.

  • 200g KetoPasta™ (one pack)
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil (we recommend The Village Press range)
  • 2-4 cloves of garlic finely sliced
  • 200g prawns, peeled, tails intact
  • 1/4 cup chopped italian parsley
  • 1 finely sliced red chilli



1.  Heat oil in frying pan on medium heat.
2.  Add the sliced garlic and sliced chilli to the pan and cook until fragrant being careful not to let the garlic brown.
3.  Add the prawns and toss until the prawns are lightly browned.

    4.  Open the pack of KetoPasta™, drain and rinse in accordance with the back of the pack. Now add the KetoPasta™ and toss together with cooked ingredients for 30 seconds to a minute - until the pasta has warmed through.

    5.  Lightly season with salt and pepper, garnish with chopped italian parsley then serve!
